PRECISION
European Helion Coalition
“Command authority granted. Theater feed is yours, Commander.”
Total conversion of Helion access into speed and accuracy — VTOL wings, laser defense grids, and a doctrine that wins by never being where the shell lands.
The Coalition sits on the largest Helion deposits on Earth and wants the world to stay exactly as it is. Its headquarters are in Belgium. Its engines burn nothing: every Coalition aircraft rides a column of refined Helion light.
EHC fights with fewer, better, more expensive units. It sees further, flies where others can't, and puts laser fire exactly where it's aimed. An EHC commander who trades units evenly is already losing.

MASS
Eastern Coalition Authority
“Authorization confirmed. The theater is under your command. The Authority expects results.”
Built heavy, built double. Where Helion runs thin, ECA answers with older tech, thicker plate, and enough of it that precision stops mattering.
The Authority was built to break the Coalition's hold on Helion, and it is short on the stuff. So it fields what it can build in numbers: heavy armour, artillery and older technology that still works. Every order out of Harbin carries two signatures.
ECA doesn't outshoot anyone. It outweighs them. It shells a position flat from outside its reach and replaces its losses faster than the enemy can inflict them.

United Dominion
“Channel open. Assets released to your control. You were never here.”
The war you don't see coming. Bio-enhancement, false flags, and ground that isn't safe long after the shooting stops.
The Dominion rose from the former United States, and it doesn't fight wars it can be seen fighting. It has no legitimate Helion supply, so it uses what it takes raw.
UD chooses when a fight starts. Its units move unseen, its weapons leave ground lethal to anyone without the right body, and its cyborgs walk through it. The Dominion denies all of it.
